Happy Easter 2012
Luke picked some daffodils for me on his walk with his dad this morning.
Easter Egg Hunt
Woke up to a Robin tapping at our window this morning... =/
Now we are going to have 5000 calorie potatoes and ham.
Potatoes Recipe:
Chop and Boil 5 lb. bag of peeled potatoes
In a mixing bowl-
1/2 C. Butter (melted)
1 Family Size can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz. Sour Cream
4 oz. Cream Cheese (soft)
1/2 Tsp salt
(I add a pinch of Cayenne to everything)
Mix well together.
Mix well together.
In a large casserole dish pour soup mixture over potatoes.
Top with:
1/4 C. melted butter mixed with 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers crumbled.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly............ YUM!

So lovely! Looks like a beautiful spring day :) sigh; here in Alaska it seems spring is so far away yet! Lots of snow still.
